Proven experience as Chef / Cook in hotel or resort; Knowledge of North Indian, Tandoor & Garhwali cuisines; Strict food safety and kitchen hygiene management.
Oversee guest room cleanliness, linen maintenance, daily housekeeping staff schedule, and public area sanitation.
Prior experience in hotel/resort housekeeping; Strong attention to detail and staff supervision skills.
